^2-3 Jashobeam (son of Zabdiel, a Perezite) was the leader of all the commanders of the army and the leader of the first division during the first month. ⁴ Dodai the Ahohite and his division led the division for the second month under Mikloth, their chief officer. ⁵ Benaiah (son of Jehoiada, the priest) led the third division in the third month.
